ACCOMMODATIONS
Located right below the coastal road that meanders in and out, up and down the Amalfi Coast, you enter the gated property to a small parking area that can accommodate a maximum of three small cars. Parking is not for the faint of heart!
From the parking area, there are three sets of stairs with a fairly easy incline that will take you down to your front door.

GROUND FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM is furnished with comfortable upholstered sofas, A flat-screened TV, a Wet Bar, and a gaming table that accommodates four. The stunning feature of this room is the large windows on three walls that offer breathtaking views of Positano and the Amalfi coastline.

TERRACE : is 2,900 square reached from the Number 1 bedroom and has views of Positano and the Amalfi Coast. Jacuzzi tub, chaise and chairs, and an outdoor shower
A short 5-step staircase reaches the elevator, or you can take the staircase that leads down to the lower levers.

KITCHEN The professional kitchen is modern and sleek, with state-of-the-art appliances. Beyond the expected, it includes a wine fridge, ice maker, warming drawer, and large wood-burning oven, American-sized refrigerator, walk-in pantry. Lots of countertops with three barstools for observing the chef, enjoying a cooking class, or relaxing around for a wine tasting. Great space to offer the kids a snack mid-day.

TERRACE – 1790 square foot terrace with retractable awning has comfortable sofas and armchares, table and chairs for dining, deck chairs chaises, and an outdoor shower. Beautifully furnished can accommodate all 12 guests
A little nook off to the side has a seating area with comfortable upholstery chairs and reading lamp with full view of the large flat screened TV on the far wall.

LOWER LEVEL 2:
SWIMMING POOL is under white-washed arched ceilings, green-gold tiled walls, and a blue and white tile floor is the heated 11 ½ foot x 28 foot swimming pool. An alcove with a waterfall over a stone wall is reached only by swimming to it.
WELLNESS AREA
Off the swimming pool an area with benches and racks to hang your towels and robes an open shower on one side of the room and a Turkish Steam Bath on the other side. There is a lounging area on the wide end of the pool with sofas and chairs and a flat screened TV. Large glass doors slide open to bring the outdoors in and lead out to another terrace

OUTDOOR SPACES
The Level 1 Terrace that faces the sea is the main terrace in the house and will serve as your outside living room. Complete with comfortable sofas and chaises – the views shout out to you that you have arrived! You are literally surrounded in the experience of living on the Amalfi Coast! On sunny afternoons just extend the electric awning attached above the entrance doors and your outdoor living room is protected from the mid day sun.
There is also an alcove with a large table that seats 12 - a cool place to retreat from the mid-day sun while you enjoy your lunch.
From the pool terrace ( Level 2), a gate leads you to the public stairs that go down to the smaller of Positano's two beaches, Fornillo.
